Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session date are eligible for a 50% refund OR one-time reschedule. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original session date. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the entire payment—no refunds or future credits will be given. Guest Limit: Max 3 participants per session. *No extra guests allowed in the studio.
