Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks before your session to allow for sourcing and preparation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. An invoice will be emailed to you. Your session is confirmed only after the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the session. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule your session one time only, with at least 7 days’ notice, at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before your session will require payment of 50% of the remaining balance to confirm a new date. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original date and is subject to availability. Rescheduling is not permitted less than 24 hours before your session. *Cancellations are non-refundable. Guest Limit: Max 3 participants per session. *No extra guests allowed in the studio. Accepted payment methods for the remaining balance include debit cards, credit cards, CashApp, Zelle, and Apple Pay. *Review full policy before booking.
